Create a universal training program for coxswains which will take them from introduction to high level competition. Providing an environment where coxswains and coaches can build their knowledge through singular workshops or continuing education in multi-session training and/or individualised coaching.

 

Nikki has a vast amount of experience in national and international competition, including Jr National teams, Canadian Henley, Head of the Charles. In addition, 14 years of coaching rowers and developing coxswains.

 

Julie has years of training experience across cultures and age groups in both corporate and volunteer environments.  In addition, has built and delivered training programs for facilitators of introductory rowing.
